My name is Heather M. Duquette-Wolf and I am the owner of HMD Nutrition. I have been in practice since 1999. I started out in medical nutrition therapy (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol...) and have expanded my areas of expertise to intestinal disorders, inflammatory disease and exercise nutrition. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.
