Kids & Teens are my Jam! I understand the ins and outs of how different nutrients impact a child's growth and development in a healthy or nutrition disease state. My passion lies in empowering parents, children and adolescents with the knowledge and tools to make informed choices about nutrition. I enjoy teaching and educating the nuances of nutrition science to parents and children in a way thats accessible, relatable and easy to understand.

Based on our experience, we've learned working with children and families can be a rollercoaster of emotions and overwhelming at times especially regarding food.
