I am a weight inclusive, HAES informed, intuitive eating dietitian. Specializing in eating disorders has allowed me to see how much our mental health plays a role in our eating. In sessions, I provide a safe space to explore all facets of your life to create a more holistic plan and help you create the life you are striving for.
