Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, PCOS, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

Clinical Nutritionist Gina Beitmirza MS, RD, LD, CLT, CCC is a graduate of NYU, Peter Kump Culinary School, & IIN. I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years. I have exercised my knowledge of nutrition in areas of clinical, private, wellness and community outreach. I have a virtual private practice. The aim is to achieve all health, chronic disease, food sensitivities, and weight loss goals. My deep belief is that nutritional science is primarily best used in a comprehensive educational and preventive manner. My philosophy centers on the alignment of body, mind and health.

Emma specializes in working with clients interested in PCOS, Hormonal Imbalances, Pre/Post Natal, Infertility, Bariatric Surgery, Weight Management, Anti-Inflammatory, Thyroid Conditions, and other areas. Emma is passionate about helping others achieve their individual nutrition and health goals. She practices “judgment free” care and understands the numerous barriers to health, while serving as a partner to her patients on their wellness journey. Dr. Lana Zinger is a Professor of Nutrition, Public Health and Health Coaching. She is a well known author of many textbooks and peer reviewed research articles as well as a national speaker on health and nutrition. She holds a B.S. in Nutrition from NYU, a M.S in Nutrition and Physiology from Columbia University and a Doctorate in Health and Behavior Studies from Columbia University. She is a Registered Dietitian with many years of clinical experience including obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, eating disorders. She is a Certified LEAP therapist to TEST and treat food intolerances.

Awarded Huntington Best Nutritionist 2019 and 2020, I have been helping clients achieve nutrition & fitness goals since 1993 as a personal trainer, then after graduating NYU with an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, NY state Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Megan Wolf is a New York City based Registered Dietitian. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from Bates College. Megan is an avid cook, public speaker, and cookbook author. She is the author of the plant based cookbook, Great Meals with Greens and Grains.
