I am a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and Certified Health Education Specialist with over 15 years of experience helping people get healthy with lifestyle changes. I offer individual and group counseling for a variety of medical conditions, and for those who are looking to ensure optimal health.
