I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with over 10 years of experience in the field, specializing in helping clients heal their relationship with food and exercise. I utilize a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to help clients make peace with their food and body and build trust in their internal cues. I operate from an all foods fit philosophy and incorporate principles of intuitive eating, mindful eating and Health at Every Size in my work with clients.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care.
