My name is Megan Charles and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences and psychology. After college, I went to work for a nutrition tech company to help create an app that could personalize nutrition for any user but felt the drive to make more of an impact. I worked for them for 3 years and then I opened my nutrition counseling business, Nutritionally Sound, to reach people on a more personal level and help them on their nutrition journey.

Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
