Isabelle is a bilingual (Spanish) dietitian who has helped hundreds of patients living with chronic disease improve their relationship with food to aid in their health outcomes. Isabelle’s main focus is on preventing and treating disease through nutrition education and lifestyle changes. Her mantra: Prevention is key in health! ‌ In her free time, Isabelle does photography, goes to new restaurants around the city, plays tennis with her local team, and plans her next destination to travel to. The next place on her list is Japan, for its culture, food, and people. ‌

I am a Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified LEAP Therapist and I am thriving with lipedema. I understand firsthand the challenges that can come with living in a larger body. I'm passionate about helping women find the support and guidance they need to manage their health and live their best lives. My approach to nutrition and weight loss is integrative and individualized. I work with my clients to create a personalized plan that takes into account their unique needs and goals. I also provide education and support to help them make sustainable changes to their lifestyle.

At Southern Maryland Dietitian it is understood that one diet, meal plan, or program does not fit all. That is why all services are highly individualized. There are no pre- packaged programs. Nutrition Counseling is available for children and adults. ​Our providers are in network with many insurance plans. Many of our patients have zero out of pocket costs.
