Hi, My name is Rachael and I am a Massachusetts based Registered Dietitian. Traditionally, I work in clinical settings such as hospitals and long term care facilities. Above anything, I love working within the community and creating connections with individuals. Everyday I am inspired by the power of nutrition, and have been changed personally by my own education surrounding food. I want to work with you, one-on-one, and help you break free from what can be a very toxic diet culture.
