Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

I am a certified holistic nutrition consultant and natural chef. I work with women dealing with a range of digestive and women's health issues to regain their energy, live pain free and feel at home in the body again. I am particularly adept at bringing gut and hormone related imbalances into balance based on my own experience with fibroids.

Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) that specializes in plant-based eating, sports nutrition, & the intersection of the two. She also likes to work with those who have ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) due to her own lived experience & because there are not many dietitians who have experience in or understand it. She is a former high school science teacher with a M.Ed in science education who changed careers to become a RDN. She is also an avid runner & former division 1 cross country/ track athlete, who is enthusiastic about & fueled by a vegan diet. Amanda is also a UESCA Certified Running Coach.
