HI, I’m Alexis! I am a HAES aligned Registered Dietitian specializing in all forms of disordered eating, substance abuse, and medical nutrition therapy. My nutrition counseling approach would be described as weight neutral, client-centered, and evidence-based. I believe everyone has the potential to actualize a life free from the burdens of dieting, the pressure of self-criticism, and the distress of consistent body dissatisfaction. I also believe clients nutritionally affected by certain medical diagnoses can find joy in preparing meals consistent with their new version of health.

As a nutrition expert, I know that diet culture destroys our innate ability to listen to our bodies and causes disordered and emotional eating. I want to help you to mend your relationship with food and body. As a mom, I know that it’s our common goal to raise healthy humans. I also know all of the pressures we face to be perfect, look good, and eat right, all while balancing your family’s needs. I want to help you feel confident about what and how you’re feeding your family. Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated. I work with adults looking to take a food-first approach to balance hormones, optimize fertility, improve gut issues, support autoimmunity, increase energy, and reduce cravings, aches, and pains. While trained in functional nutrition, I focus on treating the whole person with not only nutrition, but other evidence-based health practices such as movement, stress management, and sleep hygiene to address root causes. My goal is to leave you with less confusion and cravings, and more energy to live your life day-to-day, confidence in your ability to maintain your health, and excitement around food!
