Hi, I'm Brenna! I work with adolescents, teens and adults who are struggling with disordered eating, recovery from chronic dieting, binge-restrict cycles, body image concerns and wanting to be able to pursue health without obsession. It's common to be interested in or passionate about food, health, wellness exercise - but when those interests become inflexible, or don't allow for you to spend time and feel present doing other things that are important to you, it can be a sign to reach out.
Together, we can build a healthy relationship with food and your bodies through nutrition therapy and body image coaching focused on intuitive eating & a non-diet approach with a Health at Every Size lens. I offer a safe, supportive and therapeutic space where I work with clients collaboratively to meet them where they are and support them in this work.
