I believe you found me for a reason! I am a Women's Health Functional Dietitian and Lactation Consultant. Empowering women from perinatal to perimenopause to take charge of their health with integrative support, tailored, realistic nutrition goals, supplements, sleep hygiene, meditation, breathwork, and yoga are just a few paths to your whole; authentic, healthy self. Unlike conventional advice and recommendations that are vague and are not personalized to you, I help women uncover their inner wisdom and trust in their ability to care for themselves and their families calmly and confidently.
Women often delay their wellness until something is broken. No one plans to get sick, be diagnosed with chronic conditions, struggle with hormones, have a premature baby, or have newborn feeding issues, yet we will face some health issues in our lifetime.
