Hello! I'm an integrative nutritionist, herbalist, and home chef who helps women understand what their symptoms are telling them and how to use food, herbs, and life habits to come back into balance. Clients come to me for a wide range of issues, but mainly fatigue, weight loss, constipation, IBS, anxiety, mild depression, as well as women wanting to age healthily and feed their families well (i.e. nourishing food without stress!). We use tools such as my in-depth lab work analysis, visual meal planner with 1000s of recipes, voice chat in between sessions, personal cookbooks and more.

Nutrition counseling is always personalized for each individual because nutrition is not a one size fit all approach. I start off by factoring in both health and personal needs along with cultural preferences. My goal is to instill confidence and knowledge, so individuals can learn to navigate their health successfully. By doing this, I assist and personalize their meal plans and help establish realistic goals to improve overall nutrition needs. I am also thrilled to work with those who might not fall into the previous categories but are looking for a better way to explore nutrition, their health and find a way of eating and living that is individualized and feels best for them. I provide primarily virtual services at this time. I am an anti- diet dietitian! This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.
