Hello and welcome to my page! My name is April Vetrano - I am a registered dietitian with a strong passion for helping people reach their health goals. I empower my clients to reach their health goals in a sustainable manner by helping them regain control, create sustainable change and develop a positive relationship with food. You won't find any crazy fad diets here and you definitely won't find me asking you to eat a crazy low number of calories. Nutrition is about being sustainable and developing health longevity. I not only want you to reach your health goals, but I want you to keep them.

I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, OSFED, ARFID) and disordered eating (such as chronic dieting, compulsive overeating, emotional eating, etc). I know my clients are so much MORE than their eating disorder/disordered eating and I love helping them visualize and achieve their potential. My ideal client is ready to make changes to improve their life, have more freedom with food, and learn to embrace and love their body.

I provide individualized counseling for adult and pediatric clients with a wide variety of health conditions. I specialize in gastrointestinal disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, gastroparesis, EoE, and food allergies. I am well versed in the low FODMAP diet for IBS and SIBO.

Jaime Zavala is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Digestive Issues (Crohn's/Celiac's), PCOS, Thyroid, Pre/Post Natal, and Weight Management. Jaime is dedicated to helping her clients rediscover the joys of food through personalized nutrition therapy paired with intuitive eating frameworks, and mindfulness practices. She takes time to build strong relationships with her clients in order to understand their unique health needs, promote autonomy in creating health-related goals, and champion positive behavior change.

My nutrition philosophy is unique in that I focus on providing evidence-based, individualized nutrition recommendations focusing on moderation, variety, and how to fit patients' favorite foods into a healthy eating lifestyle. This can improve quality of life for many individuals who feel they must restrict certain foods to be healthy or lose weight. In addition, I have a special passion for working with individuals with eating disorders, athletes/dancers, weight management, and GI conditions/food allergies.
