Stephanie Nicholson, MS, RDN, LDN, CLT is a Registered Dietitian with a Master and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. Stephanie has worked professionally in a variety of medical based settings including hemodialysis, diabetes management, eating disorders, oncology, and gastrointestinal disorders. She is also certified in Adult Weight Management and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Stephanie has a special passion for working with individuals struggling with kidney disease. I will teach skills to be more mindful and intuitive when it comes to fueling your body and meeting your nutritional needs. Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.
