She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Hi, I'm Beth Barnett-Boebel, and I’m here to help you get to the root of what is not working in your body and your mind. Many of you know what to eat, but often find yourself in a pattern of high motivation doing all the things, then one slip, and then it all seems to fall apart and you feel like you have failed again. This is where nutrition therapy comes in, getting through the patterns that have you stuck in the “on and off” a plan of getting healthy.

Nutrition information can be confusing and often inaccurate. I enjoy working with my clients to simplify and normalize the relationship with food. I facilitate the process of growing to trust the self and the body, and block out the nonsense. I use the scientific knowledge of nutrition and biology blended with my experience as a therapist to address underlying issues that cause weight and eating struggles.

She graduated from La Salle University’s Coordinated Program of Dietetics.
