Hello! I’m Nikki a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Specialist here to help you feel your best from the inside out. I’ve spent most of my career as a dietitian in skilled nursing, eating disorder and addiction treatment, and outpatient counseling. However, I’ve always found the most fulfillment in the 1:1 counseling I get to do with my patients. I’ve worked with individuals with a wide range of conditions including PCOS, pre-diabetes, and Hashimoto’s. While implementing sustainable behavior changes towards a healthier life, my clients also develop a loving relationship towards food, their body, and their mind.

This means no longer classifying foods as good or bad or, viewing your body as the enemy. I encourage my clients to adopt an all foods fit philosophy, and explore utilizing one’s body as a vehicle for experience, rather than validation. Asante is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian. She completed her clinical internship and masters degree at Rush University Medical Center after graduating from Case Western Reserve University. Asante is an expert in counseling and educating patients who need medical nutrition therapy in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. In sessions with Asante she will empower her patients and instill confidence in his or herself to achieve desired goals.

Anna Petersen is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of Illinois. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics and has 10+ years of clinical experience, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to complex patients in a fast paced acute care setting. Anna’s experience as an inpatient dietitian has provided her with a strong foundation, working with various disease states as well as diverse populations throughout the lifespan.

Elisa Stegman is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from University of Wisconsin. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.
