I have worked extensively with individuals to achieve a healthy relationship with their bodies. I create an atmosphere to support change via individual treatment plans, meal planning, assessment of emotions' role with eating, and exercise prescription when appropriate.
I have a strong focus on disordered eating beliefs and behaviors about food. I prescribe lifestyle therapy that adopts mindful eating, whole foods, meal planning, and therapeutic exercise. I am affiliated with DuPage Dietitians as an Eating Disorder Specialist, Exercise Physiologist and Therapeutic Movement Expert.
