As a Registered Dietitian I am passionate about providing personalized nutritional therapy to children, adolescents and adults. A skills based approach is used to create a healthy relationship with food. I do not believe in diets! You will begin on a healthy journey that will begin with developing an understanding of the role food plays in your life. Along the way, you will acquire skills necessary to make lifetime behavioral modifications to help improve or prevent such problems as Obesity, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Cancers, Cardiovascular Disease, performance in sports/activities and self-image.
