The ideal client who should see me wants to make lasting lifestyle changes- not just be put on a diet. They may need to address issues with cholesterol, high blood pressure, regulating blood sugar, weight management, or may wish to simply have some help navigating their health through nutrition. They want to have a better understanding of their nutrition and what to do to achieve their wellness goals.
I can help by starting a dialogue relating to their health and wellness; I have helped many patients with reducing their cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and addressing weight management issues through pinpointing areas of their nutrition for improvement, such as lack of dietary fiber, intake of healthy versus unhealthy fats, etc.
