Brittany is a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating with a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. She graduated from La Salle University’s Coordinated Program of Dietetics. She started her journey as a dietitian in higher levels of care in Philadelphia before making the move to join the Texas community this year in 2023.

Paulina Rodriguez moved to Texas when she was 11 from Puebla, Mexico. She attended The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em!) and became an RD soon after that. After gaining a strong base of Clinical Nutrition working in a hospital, she realized how much she believed in the power of education and transitioned to nutrition counseling.She is passionate about helping people build sustainable and nourishing habits, so that they can live life at the fullest. She loves being outdoors, being active, reading, running, spending time with friends and family, and she is truly obsessed with cats.

Our team at Nuvitru Wellness help women balance hormones and improve digestion by using food as medicine. I specialize in weight loss nutritional counseling, vegetarian/vegan, sports nutrition, and strength, balance, and flexibility training. It is important to like what you're eating, and it doesn't have to all be health food. We discuss what you can eat more than what you can't. People become overweight for reasons other than knowledge and eat for reasons other than nourishment. Nutrition counseling is an client-driven exploratory process that teaches a lot about you and why you do what you do. Most clients have tried other programs and want a tailored solution that is efficient.

I specialize in performance/sports nutrition and eating disorder/disordered eating counseling. It’s important for me to meet my clients where they are at and create tangible solutions that are specifically tailored to them. I believe in a whole foods-first approach and incorporate intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) practices. I’ve been lucky enough to work with professional and elite athletes, eating disorders at the partial-hospitalization and intensive outpatient level of care, and medical nutrition. I currently use my passion for sports nutrition as a contract sports dietitian for USA Track and Field.
