Erin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with extensive experience working with those impacted by eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. For several years Erin worked as the lead dietitian at a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient level eating disorder clinic. She is currently accepting clients appropriate for outpatient nutrition counseling, and is a great fit for those looking to improve their behaviors and thoughts surrounding food, body, and/or exercise. Additionally, Erin enjoys working with athletes looking for help fueling, and those looking for help improving their lipid panel/cholesterol.

In a 1995 Nutrition in Medical Science Class, I discovered that statistically, African Americans suffered disproportionately from many chronic diseases. I made it my goal in this life to discover a solution to alter the trajectory of the problem. Melanie Schaffer is a registered dietitian who holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from The University of Akron, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She has extensive experience working with clients who suffer from eating disorders and disordered eating and has worked in all levels of care. Her motto is All Foods Fit and counsels from a non- diet, Health at Every Size, and weight neutral stance.
