In this ever changing world of nutrition, I enjoy helping patients decipher the many myths and fads related to a healthy diet. As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Educator, I am passionate about helping others feel better and live healthier lives. I enjoy staying up to date with current nutritional science and research, and apply this information into a realistic, simple approach to everyday life.
