My approach to nutrition counseling is centered around building trust and understanding of each client’s unique needs, ensuring you receive the best care possible in your path towards recovery. In my practice, I work with individuals who are looking to heal their relationship with food and body image, have struggled with chronic dieting and the effects harmful diet culture messaging, and those in recovery from an eating disorder. I am also thrilled to work with those who might not fall into the previous categories but are looking for a better way to explore nutrition, their health and find a way of eating and living that is individualized and feels best for them. I provide primarily virtual services at this time. I am an anti- diet dietitian! This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.

The Eating Disorder Space provides outpatient Telehealth nutrition counseling for individuals with eating disorders or disordered eating. We can also provide weight inclusive nutrition therapy for chronic conditions.

Why would someone want to work with me? What makes me different? I believe that each client is a person not what ails them at the time they are seeking help. Clients I treat as individuals and there is not one protocol or approach for each person. I usually see clients who have already tried mainstream medical care and are just not finding the relief they sought. They know there is more work to do however, they are possibly not being heard by their current healthcare providers or not at their optimal state of health that they know they can feel or once felt.

Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

I am a seasoned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist dedicated to partnering with patients collaboratively to achieve their nutrition and health goals. Over the past 40 plus years, I have worked in healthcare settings ranging from wellness centers in integrative and functional nutrition to hospital and medical offices.

LORI R. LEE, MA, RD, CPT, CLT, Founder/Executive Director of The Wellness Center of Northwest Jersey, and Owner of LRD Nutrition Services for over 25 years, provides nutrition therapy services for all ages, utilizing advanced integrative and functional medicine protocols with a whole food nutrition focus. Her expertise in medical nutrition therapy includes treating patients with all health conditions, such as diabetes, cardiac, allergies, autoimmune disorders, cancer and weight management. As a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT), Lori specializes in Mediator Release Testing which measures food and chemical sensitivities with targeted therapy for achieving maximum outcomes effectively and with accuracy.

I assist individuals with disordered eating to the full spectrum of eating disorders. My approach is holistic in that I work with a clients "whole" lifestyle. We will collaborate on new strategies for day to day nutrition; meals at home, work, travel and school. I can develop plans and suggestions for individuals as well as families to help create ease with meals and decrease stress around eating. My clinical experience allows me to counsel for most medical conditions, setting attainable goals that become lifestyle modifications.
