Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).

Stacey Simon is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a passion for serving the adult and older adult population. She has worked with thousands of clients with a variety of nutrition concerns, including unintentional weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart health, healthy aging, and general wellbeing. She has a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutritional Science from the University of Connecticut. She is board certified as a Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG), which makes her an expert in Older Adult nutrition.

Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Elisa Stegman is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from University of Wisconsin. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.

Sarah Picklo Halabu is a Registered Dietitian specializing in diabetes care. Sarah works with clients who have Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, and Gestational Diabetes. She has over 20 years of experience and has earned the highest level of diabetes expertise as a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist with board certification in advanced diabetes management. She is certified in many diabetes technologies including insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors, and hybrid closed loop systems.

Felicity is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who is licensed in the state of Illinois. She completed multiple dietetic internships before graduating with her master’s in nutrition from University of Illinois at Chicago. As a former Division I athlete, she has valuable experience in sports nutrition. She is passionate about nutrition education and became an RD to help people create the best version of themselves.

Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

Beth has been working for over five years as an inpatient, outpatient and long-term care Licensed Registered Dietitian. The possibilities to manage and prevent chronic disease with improved nutrition inspired Beth to begin a career in dietetics. A food lover at heart, Beth believes food must always taste good, therefore she loves to be creative with recipes to increase nutritional value. She helps guide her clients toward nutritious eating with the goal of nourishing the body to improve energy and quality of life.

I have been a dietitian since 2017 and have learned so much throughout the years. I specialize in renal disease, transplant (pre or post), diabetes, blood pressure, or cholesterol management and weight loss. She completed her internship at the UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital where she focused on community nutrition. Prior to her internship, she was awarded graduate student of the year while she completed her Master of Science degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences. Dana became a dietitian because she has a passion for helping others through food and lifestyle changes.

Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.

Kara is a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) providing clear and concise education for diabetes management, helping you create healthy habits so diabetes fits into YOUR desired lifestyle. She also holds a Board Certification as a Specialist in Sport Nutrition (CSSD), working with recreational athletes and professional athletes alike helping them shatter their performance goals.

Our is to provide weight inclusive medical nutrition therapy, using the principles of Intuitive Eating in a HAES aligned practice. Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
