I have a Masters of Science at Columbia University in Diabetes Education and Management and offer a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to this population. My professional specialty includes assisting those with eating disorders, history of chronic dieting or bariatric surgery, PCOS, diabetes and pre-diabetes. I always review your food likes/dislikes, make necessary changes paying attention to your food likes. I use visuals and measures to bring points home and clear, you don't have to take notes, I do give handouts which you might never have to read because my points are always clear.
