I help people struggling with digestive health issues overcome their symptoms through evidence based nutrition and lifestyle strategies when conventional medicine has failed them. I believe everyone has the right to live an energetic, symptom free life and have epic, daily poops. I believe in whole food, simple nutrition and daily, small actions to completely transform your life. Backed by science and guided by intuition and experience I will teach you strategies and tools needed to cultivate a healthier relationship with food and change behaviors for long-term health.
