My name is Sarah, I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) with over 5 years of experience helping athletes and active individuals learn to fuel their bodies to reach their goals. In addition to my private practice, I also work at a University in Boston, MA supporting 22 varsity teams and over 600 Division-1 student-athletes, as well as faculty and staff on campus. My specialty areas, outside of sports nutrition, include pre-diabetes/diabetes, heart health, and general healthy meal planning.
Working in this field has allowed me to blend the science of nutrition with my love for food, and given me a real appreciation for both the physiology and psychology behind why we eat. As a dietitian, I help translate nutrition science into simple, actionable steps that empower clients to reach their goals and improve their relationship with food.
