In a society where we are constantly searching for the next trending diet plan or magic pill, I am committed to countering the noise with evidence-based information and a mind-body approach to nutrition and overall wellbeing. I am passionate about helping my clients make realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes that they feel good about – physically, mentally and emotionally.
During the initial consultation, we will get to know each other and discuss a detailed history of your lifestyle and nutrition habits. We will talk through your relationship with food and your body, identify areas you would like to focus on in our work together, and build an individualized plan to help you reach your goals.
In our follow-up sessions, we will develop strategies to keep you moving forward and reassess along the way. My goal is to provide a space free of judgment for you to learn how to be naturally nourished by food. I look forward to working with you!
