After working in primary care for 7 years, I got experience with numerous health conditions. I focus on diabetes and diabetes prevention, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, blood pressure, fatty liver disease, kidney disease, digestive nutrition, pediatric nutrition, weight management (not diet focused), disease prevention, and overall healthy eating.

I also specialize in ketogenic diets and love supporting a variety of clients on their ketogenic diet journey by creating an individualized approach to help them meet their goals.
