Hi there! I’m Morgan (she/her), a Registered Dietitian and yoga teacher specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, & sports nutrition. My practice is rooted in a weight-neutral, Intuitive Eating, and Health at Every Size (HAES) approach.
I work with individuals of all identities and body sizes to heal their relationship with food, movement, and body image. Whether you're navigating eating disorder recovery, managing performance nutrition, or exploring what well-being looks like outside of diet culture, I’m here to support you.
