I’m also a registered dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating across the lifespan. My work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition therapy, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. I support individuals navigating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, chronic dieting, and food-related anxiety, as well as those seeking to heal their relationship with food and body.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and individualized. Rather than focusing on rules, weight, or perfection, I help clients build sustainable nourishment, trust their bodies, and develop practical skills for eating with more ease and confidence.
