I provide one-on-one counseling for individuals, supervision for clinicians, speaking services, and a variety of workshops focused on dancer health and eating disorder prevention and treatment.
I provide a non-judgmental and collaborative setting where you can explore your challenges, factors that influence your food choices, and the history that has shaped your relationship with food, movement, and your body. Through our work together, you will develop knowledge and tools to improve how you nourish your mind and body.
