I can assure you working with me will be a life changing experience. I often see clients who want to develop a positive relationship with their bodies and their food. Nourishing our bodies should be enjoyable. However, that is not always everyone's experience.
I offer virtual nutrition counseling to adolescents and their families with eating disorders. I also see adults in need of outpatient nutrition counseling. I have experience in Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, Orthorexia, unspecified eating disorders, plant-based nutrition, intuitive eating, mindful eating, weight management, and food intolerances.
I know how hard it can be to ask for help and find a care team you can trust. I work along side your other providers to improve quality of care. I offer free introductory calls to get to know one another before starting nutrition counseling sessions.
