Jessica specializes in working with PCOS, Disordered/Eating Disorders, Infertility Nutrition, Pre/Post Partum, Hormonal Imbalances, and other areas. She believes that a diet should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. She works with her clients to identify their goals, understand their lifestyle and preferences, and create a plan that fits their unique needs. Jessica also recognizes that food is more than just fuel for the body – it is often tied to emotions, memories, and cultural traditions. As such, she helps her clients to build a positive relationship with food.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft helping clients whom have PCOS, interests in Pre/PostPartum nutrition, Gestational Diabetes, Diabetes, or Weight Management. I help clients to craft personalized, attainable, and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that support their health. Maria-Paula's interest in nutrition started during her high-school years when she visited a Registered Dietitian in her native country of Ecuador. At that time, she realized her passion - helping others achieve their goals through healthy eating. Maria-Paula decided to embark on a journey and enrolled at Texas Woman's University to pursue her goals. As a Dietitian, Maria-Paula has been working with families from the start. She has provided services at Head Start, WiC, the NICU at Parkland Hospital and Children's Health.

Anne is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them make healthy and sustainable diet changes that support their lifestyle and hormonal health. She understands food’s crucial role in balancing hormones and believes in the power of evidence-based research to guide her practice. Anne is particularly interested in the gut-brain connection and how it influences overall well-being. She emphasizes the importance of consuming whole foods that nourish the body and believes that access to nutritious food should be available to all.

She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

Holly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, IBS, and Digestive issues. Holly is passionate about assisting her clients find peace with food and their bodies. She uses a weight inclusive and non-judgemental approach to support her patients in breaking harmful cycles of dieting. Holly has 3 years of experience treating clients with eating disorders in higher levels of care including residential (RES) and partial hospitalization program (PHP).

Summer specializes in both weight management and therapeutic diet modification. She provides private one on one nutrition analysis, education, meal planning, and menu development.
