I'm a registered dietitian specializing in plant-based/vegan nutrition, digestive health, weight management, and eating disorders. I work with adults, teens, and families. I'm empathic, collaborative, and I offer a highly individualized approach to nutrition work. Nothing in my practice is one-size-fits all. My meal suggestions and guidance will always be tailored to you: your life, your unique body, your health history, and your goals. Together, we'll build practical and sustainable strategies and habits that will help you to feel your best.
I'll offer you sound, expert nutrition guidance with the understanding that you know your body best. I offer one-on-one nutrition counseling via Telehealth. We'll start with an initial, hour-long consultation in which we'll go over your health history in depth. We'll talk about your goals for our work, and we'll map out a plan that helps you to meet them.
Making peace with food doesn't have to be a lifelong struggle. My purpose is to help each client find personal fulfillment around the act of eating. I view nutrition work as a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe, open, and positive space for our work together.
