I work with adolescents and adults who are hoping to build a better relationship with food and their bodies. I spent 7 years working in a facility that provided inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient treatment for people healing from eating disorders; thus I have extensive experience helping people build skills and break down barriers so that they can reclaim their relationships with food. In my private practice, I have worked with clients who are healing from eating disorders, and those building new relationships with food having struggled with disordered eating, chronic dieting, and eating issues in general.

Food/nutrition plays such a big role in our lives. By fully understanding each clients' specific needs, the LBS Nutrition Registered Dietitian's educate, create, and implement appropriate plans that will suit each individual's lifestyle. It is not a "one size fits all" approach. We work very closely with clients through one on one meetings, continuous online communication, offer weigh ins, support groups, cooking events, and more. We offer both in person and virtual visits. Most insurances accepted.

I became a Registered Dietitian because I am passionate about food, wellness, and helping others. My passion for nutrition strengthens each and every day, as I grow and gain further knowledge in the field. Throughout the last few years, I have broadened my horizons when it comes to the nutrition field. This has allowed me to grow and realize where my passions lie in the nutrition world. Over the past few years, I have helped countless clients of all ages achieve their goals - whether that be weight loss, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol - you name it, I've treated it!

Why would someone want to work with me? What makes me different? I believe that each client is a person not what ails them at the time they are seeking help. Clients I treat as individuals and there is not one protocol or approach for each person. I usually see clients who have already tried mainstream medical care and are just not finding the relief they sought. They know there is more work to do however, they are possibly not being heard by their current healthcare providers or not at their optimal state of health that they know they can feel or once felt.

I truly believe you have the power to change your life. The goal is to find a balance between all dimensions of nutrition – wellness, exercise, stress management, spirituality, and emotional well-being. Food provides us with one form of nutrition but to ultimately feel fully nourished you must commit to a healthy lifestyle, a fulfilling life purpose, balanced emotions, adequate rest, and always stay focused with a positive attitude. As a dietitian for over 19 years, I have helped a wide range of clients from pediatrics to geriatrics. LEE, MA, RD, CPT, CLT, Founder/Executive Director of The Wellness Center of Northwest Jersey, and Owner of LRD Nutrition Services for over 25 years, provides nutrition therapy services for all ages, utilizing advanced integrative and functional medicine protocols with a whole food nutrition focus. Her expertise in medical nutrition therapy includes treating patients with all health conditions, such as diabetes, cardiac, allergies, autoimmune disorders, cancer and weight management. As a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT), Lori specializes in Mediator Release Testing which measures food and chemical sensitivities with targeted therapy for achieving maximum outcomes effectively and with accuracy.

Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.
