This approach is holistic (body, mind, spirit) and promotes insight, knowledge, and skills that enable people to heal, grow, thrive, and reach personal goals. I have 20+ years of experience working with individuals and groups in private practice, educational, research and community settings. My training in counseling (MA), exercise science (MS) and nutrition (PhD, Licensed Nutritionist, Registered Dietitian, Intuitive Eating certification) provides a unique expertise to help people develop optimal health, life satisfaction and healthy life-balance.

I have dedicated myself to help female endurance athletes ages 15-38 find natural ways to improve their performance, energy and stamina to reach their athletic potential. Some have struggled with disordered eating patterns, several trips to the doctors without answers, low energy, hormonal issues, frequent illness, gut issues such as bloating, IBS attributed to potential food sensitivities and feeling completely overwhelmed and frustrated about the right nutritional plan for their individual needs. I get down to the root causes through alternative testing, lifestyle changes, and meal planning.
