About
I have a passion for helping clients with chronic disease and helping them understand their nutritional needs. Nutrition plays a key role in delaying disease progression. If you have been told by your health care provider to make some dietary changes it can be overwhelming. I can help you with knowing exactly how to make the necessary changes to help improve blood sugar levels or prevent further kidney disease progression.
I work with clients for diabetes management, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, meal planning, weight management and geriatric nutrition. My experience as a Certified diabetes care and education specialist for over 20 years allows me to be an effective educator.
If you are needing support and education in dealing with a chronic disease or need help with preventative nutrition, I can help you. My approach is to empower you with the tools you need to take control of your situation.
