Haley is also a Registered 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. She integrates various complementary and alternative medicine techniques into her nutrition sessions. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft providing nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. My drive as a dietitian is to work uniquely with each client to create safe, sustainable, and nourishing relationships with food. I believe that qualified and unbiased nutrition care should be available to every individual, no matter their size, health barriers, or schedule. I translate my culinary training into my practice by promoting food as not only a source of fuel, but comfort, tradition, celebration, connection, and recovery.

Dawn is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She has experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in clinical nutrition, hospitals, outpatient clinics and dialysis centers. She is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Dawn’s appreciation for food started at an early age, while growing up and working in her family’s diner. This developed into a passion for nutrition and how food can help with healing and overall wellbeing.

She finds fulfillment in working with clients ready to make a change. In her spare time, Jane likes to watch old movies and ride her Peloton. She loves her rescue pets, CeCe and Heathcliff.

Eliza is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She received a Master’s degree in Public Health and Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health and completed her dietetics training through the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Coordinated RD program. Eliza has experience providing nutrition care in a variety of settings, including eating disorder treatment, group practice, and long term care. Eliza practices from a non-diet, weight-neutral approach, caring for the whole person.

Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.

My approach is centered on finding balance and nourishing the body in a way that is sustainable, rather than promoting restriction. I consider the emotional, cultural, and spiritual importance of food in people's lives when offering guidance. Good health looks different for everyone, so rather than striving for an unattainable standard, let's work together to challenge distorted beliefs about food and establish healthy habits that support overall well-being.

Xyomara Beltran, RDN, MA, CHES, LDN, MBA, CPC is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 21 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Professional Coach. She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech and completed her Dietetic Internship at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Additionally, she completed a Master of Arts in Health Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Healthcare Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Miami.

Hi there! I'm Faith, licensed registered dietitian and founder of The Bariatric Nutritionist. I specialize in treating adults with overweight and obesity. I received my Masters in Nutrition at University of Illinois. I bring to my practice over 6 years of nutrition therapy at one of the largest medical and surgical weight loss centers in Chicago. My counseling style is empathetic and encouraging.
