I am a Registered Dietitian with over 7 years of experience. I believe that nutrition is one of the pillars of wellbeing and when we are looking to heal, either our relationship with food, or any illness we have to look at all aspects of our life. I strongly believe in the impact of nutrition, along with daily habits, has on creating mental, emotional, and physical health. I have had ample experience working with all age groups and health conditions, so this enables me to provide an individualized approach to each of my patients. My goal is to understand that every patient is different and treatment has to be personalized.

Stephanie Nicholson, MS, RDN, LDN, CLT is a Registered Dietitian with a Master and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. Stephanie has worked professionally in a variety of medical based settings including hemodialysis, diabetes management, eating disorders, oncology, and gastrointestinal disorders. She is also certified in Adult Weight Management and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Stephanie has a special passion for working with individuals struggling with kidney disease. She believes that a whole foods approach to nutrition has the power to heal the body, & restore and preserve kidney health.
