About
I am a vegan dietitian and help my clients heal their gut and restore their energy through plant-based, sustainable eating. I'm also a certified specialist in the Low FODMAP diet and help plant-based individuals with IBS or SIBO reduce their pain and suffering. Together, we’ll create a realistic plan that optimizes your health so you can feel your best and enjoy delicious foods without restriction! If you're lost on how to plan your plant-based diet, have been plant-based for a while but constantly feel hungry or have low energy and/or experience uncomfortable gut issues such as bloating or constipation I would love to help!
I help my clients feel great in their body, inside and out; boost their energy; confidently balance nutrients & food choices; grocery shop & meal plan with ease; heal & renew their gut health and nourish their body with sustainable & humane eating...all while following a plant-based, vegan or vegetarian diet.
“Meredith is incredibly knowledgeable in plant-based nutrition and has helped me so much with a balanced, healthy way of eating. Meredith supported me through figuring out what my food triggers are, which has eliminated my symptoms of constipation and bloating - I even drastically reduced my medication dosage throughout this process."
