“My motivation for wellness was developed over 22-year period, nurtured by my own personal experiences. While practicing as RD in Dallas area, extending my services from Pediatrics to adults, I apply holistic concepts for healing, addressing the root cause through the lens of functional nutrition. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

Marla Ablon, RDN, LD, graduated with honors from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas. As a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, Marla shares the ACLM’s vision: “A world in which all physicians and health professionals have been trained and certified in evidence-based lifestyle medicine, integrating healthful behaviors into their own lives, while incorporating a lifestyle medicine-first approach to treating root causes of lifestyle-related diseases into their clinical practices.”

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.
