I am also thrilled to work with those who might not fall into the previous categories but are looking for a better way to explore nutrition, their health and find a way of eating and living that is individualized and feels best for them. I provide primarily virtual services at this time. I am an anti- diet dietitian! This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.

Many of my clients have digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, mental health struggles, or markers of poor health and often come to me tired, overwhelmed and frustrated by the excess of contradictory nutrition information they see online and in the world at large. They would like a simple approach to nutrition and are willing to do the work of getting to the root cause of their issues.
