I am a highly organized, professional and self-motivated Dietitian with a great passion for nutrition and people’s well-being. I believe that all foods fit into your diet and I would love to be part of your nutrition journey. I have previously worked with other clients to develop meal plans that are tailored just for them. I am also current with practices that align with evidence based research as well as other areas such as intermitting fasting and keto diets.

I am a registered dietitian with over fifteen years experience. I became a RD to help people live their healthiest lives. My varied nutrition background helps me bring a unique view to working with clients. I have worked in hospitals, schools, food pantries, and in agriculture. I am a mom of three young kids and our family loves to stay active. Whether it is swimming in the summer (we're just outside of Chicago!), skiing/snowboarding in the winter, or family walks around our neighborhood, we like to keep busy! In my free time, I love to practice pilates.

Elisa Stegman is a Board Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her BS in Dietetics from Iowa State University and her MS in Clinical Nutrition from University of Wisconsin. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.

Beth has been working for over five years as an inpatient, outpatient and long-term care Licensed Registered Dietitian. The possibilities to manage and prevent chronic disease with improved nutrition inspired Beth to begin a career in dietetics. Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.

I have been a nutritionist/dietitian for over 30 years and my areas of expertise are highly specialized, yet diverse, ranging from food sensitivities to risk factor management to gastrointestinal health to eating disorders to women's health to sports nutrition. Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

Nazia received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She then went onto complete her Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness (MSNW) and Masters of Public Health (MPH) alongside her Dietetic Internship at Benedictine University. She then worked for Kaplan University for their Nutrition Department as an adjunct instructor. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian for Good Samaritan Hospital. While at Kaplan Nazia completed her Master of Science in Education in Instructional technology (MS Ed.). Nazia is currently working on her PhD in Health Sciences.

Dana is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of Illinois. She completed her internship at the UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital where she focused on community nutrition. Prior to her internship, she was awarded graduate student of the year while she completed her Master of Science degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences. Dana became a dietitian because she has a passion for helping others through food and lifestyle changes.
