I have been a Registered Dietitian for 17 years specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. I have dedicated my career to counseling and pursuing policy change to improve eating disorder treatment access and awareness in Arizona. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and am trained by Evelyn Tribole, one of the authors of Intuitive Eating and use the principles to facilitate eating disorder recovery in sessions.
