She holds a current position as a full time outpatient dietitian at a top-hospital in Chicago. After completing her undergraduate nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) she wanted to expand her knowledge and pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness. Alex's goal is to help people adopt sustainable healthy habits even for the busiest of lifestyles without sacrificing their relationship with food.

Solveig is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in women's health, fertility, and PCOS. She fosters a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their relationship with food and learn to make mindful choices that nourish both body and soul. Solveig believes in a holistic, non-diet approach to nutrition counseling, empowering clients to be the expert of their own body. Christine is a registered and licensed dietitian with over 10 years of medical nutrition therapy experience in various healthcare settings, including the University of Chicago Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, obtained her RD certificate after her dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin in Green bay, and later finished her Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago. She is passionate about helping others reach their fitness, health, and wellness goals, while understanding there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. My name is Michel Harris and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2000 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2010. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Benedictine University before by internship at Hines VA Hospital. Some of my past work experiences have included long term care, foodservice management, private practice serving individuals with eating disorders, and inpatient positions in hospitals. My passion for teaching the future generation of nutrition professionals led me to start teaching in 2018.

She completed her internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She has experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in clinical nutrition, hospitals, outpatient clinics and dialysis centers. She is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Dawn’s appreciation for food started at an early age, while growing up and working in her family’s diner. This developed into a passion for nutrition and how food can help with healing and overall wellbeing.

Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health.
