Does your relationship with food feel chaotic or stressful? Are there foods you feel like you "can't" have? My goal is to help you find peace with food, learn to trust your body and it's signals, and feed yourself with nourishment and joy. After working in a treatment center, I have experience working with clients of all ages, and a variety of eating disorder diagnoses, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and ARFID.

Hi, I’m Megan. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, who is especially passionate about helping young adults learn to love and care for their body through the transitions of college and other life events. I also love helping clients develop a better relationship with exercise, and to fuel properly for their sport.

I provide both individual and family nutrition counseling to my clients as I have seen how impactful family involvement can be. I'm passionate that all foods fit and that there are no “good” foods or “bad” foods. I work with my clients to find flexibility in their eating so that they can truly re-engage in the joyful and meaningful parts of their lives.
