About
Confused and pre-occupied by food? Are you tired of the pressure to change your body size and shape ? Do you have rigid rules about food you can't maintain anymore? Do you have a chronic disease that makes food choices feel overwhelming? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you and I would make a great team!
I offer a non-diet approach which supports individuals in finding their natural body size without diet, restriction, or food/body obsession. Through a weight-inclusive approach, I use principles of intuitive eating, body image recovery, and mindful self-compassion to guide my clients on a path to health and wholeness.
Our work is tailored specifically for you, focusing on your strengths and gifts. I'll help you use your own inherent wisdom to build skills and make changes best suited for you. While my work is guided by evidence and current research, I’ll prioritize your lived experiences to guide our work in ways that feel empowering.
